The Ultimate Supper
Acrylic on canvas
Commissioned by Denver-based rapper Irie Givens, The Ultimate Supper serves as homage to Givens’ magnanimous personality as family man, lover, and community leader, beloved by all. Riffing on da Vinci’s Last Supper, Givens is depicted centered around figures who have come to witness him conduct an alchemical ritual that opens up heaven and shines divine love over the world.
From left to right depicted are: Neighoncé, Jay-Z, a bear, Clementine the cat, Tinkerbell, Ultima (holding Givens’ future child), Givens, president of Taiwan Tsai Ing-wen, Jesus Christ, WWE superstar Sasha Banks, a rooster, Nuggie the Nug, and Givens’ baby nephew Zakary.

Let Me In?
Acrylic on paper stop-motion gif
It was like she was there,
and then I realized she was there,
projected towards me in a prism of light.,
herself made of prisms of light,
sliding,
stretching inevitably towards me,
whispered:
“Will you let me in?”
This is Enola,
I did her makeup!

Yama, or restraint, represents the first branch of classical yoga. The very first yama, ahimsa, or non-violence, is the first and most important principal of yoga. The five yamas are the foundation of yoga, without which yoga is nothing more than theatrics.
